Line Ups: OMG the lines are horrible here so many people everywhere and the staff move so slowly !!! What would take you mabey 5 mins in Canada takes almost 30mins here :>/ not sure why but if you want to run some *quick* erronds forget it.
Garbage: collection is every Monday and Thursday !!! and they take pretty much anything, makes life so much easier.
Expenses : While some things are cheaper here ie: smokes,alcohol,train fare, some things are crazy like paper towels, toilet paper, duct tape. Most things we are finding are pretty comparable to the prices back home which is why we are going through our savings like crazy.
When we are ready to buy furnature and appliances we will have to be thrifty and look for the best deals.
I am sure as more time goes by I can update these findings, this is just my observations 3 weeks in.
